Hi ladies,
I'm thrilled that you're all interested in doing this study together! I believe we need to get smart about relationships while we're still single, and learn to do them God's way. Elisabeth Elliot's book Passion & Purity has some wonderful insights into this issue, and from a woman's perspective! I'd like to tie in some wisdom from a couple other books as well, but our main text will be P&P. Please feel free to contact one another about carpooling. And let's plan to meet every Monday starting November 3rd and aim to be finished before Christmas. The text is easy to read, but so full of wisdom, it won't even feel like homework! Parables bookstore will have the books in stock, retail $12.99 but with a 15% discount.
