The Well is in full swing tomorrow night. MotoWell '08 will be in its second week….could you believe Rachel last week?…she was on fire! Don't miss this week's race--starts at 7 p.m. in the Education Center. Live music-- then I will bring the message from Romans 7 "Dead Men Walking" part two.

Don't forget to bring toys, socks, underwear, flip flops, combs, brushes, etc. that will fit in a shoe box. We are sending out OVER 1000 shoe boxes to underprivileged poverty stricken children through Operation Christmas Child. See ya there,

Hi ladies,
I'm thrilled that you're all interested in doing this study together! I believe we need to get smart about relationships while we're still single, and learn to do them God's way. Elisabeth Elliot's book Passion & Purity has some wonderful insights into this issue, and from a woman's perspective! I'd like to tie in some wisdom from a couple other books as well, but our main text will be P&P. From the responses that I have received, it looks like Monday nights at 7pm will be the best time to get together. Please Click Here for Directions

Please feel free to contact one another about carpooling. And let's plan to meet every Monday starting November 3rd and aim to be finished before Christmas. The text is easy to read, but so full of wisdom, it won't even feel like homework! Parables bookstore will have the books in stock, retail $12.99 but with a 15% discount. (I got mine on Amazon from the used & new section and paid $7, including $3.99 shipping). Looking forward to seeing you Nov 3rd! And bring a friend if you know someone else who is interested.

Meet in front of the Education Center at Biltmore Baptist at 10 a.m. and go out in teams of three or four to clean up the sides of the road.


Afterwards, enjoy a free lunch on us in the Student Center.

I am heavily burdened over this upcoming election, and I want all of us to pray for the four presidential/vice presidential candidates as well as those politicians running for city, county and state elections. We NEED to pray ... we need to pray for our country....and we need to pray for the protection of these individuals; and we especially need to pray that God will be honored through it all.

"Come to The WELL tonight...I am going to do my best to get us out early enough so we can be home to watch the vice-presidential debate.
